Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are NOT available after delivery.

❌ No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Once your order has been successfully delivered — either via email, customer dashboard, or instant download — the order becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

✅ The Only Refund Condition

A refund will be issued ONLY under this single condition:

📌 If your product was NOT delivered within 48 hours of your completed payment.

If you have successfully paid and have not received your download link or product access within 48 hours, you are fully eligible for a refund.

📝 Required Steps to Claim a Refund

To qualify for a refund under this policy, you must:

2️⃣ Provide your order number, payment receipt, and registered email address
3️⃣ Allow our team the opportunity to verify delivery status

If delivery failure is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

🚫 Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For

Refund requests will be denied for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Download issues caused by internet/device problems

  • Customer’s failure to access the email or spam filters

  • Requests made after product delivery

  • Lack of customer understanding of the product format or content
